Abstract

Menurunkan Tahanan Pembumian yaitu bertujuan untuk menurunkan nilai tahanan pembumian supaya terhindar dari bahaya tegangan langkah, tegangan pindah dan tegangan sentuh. Metode yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan ini yaitu dilakukan variasi ketinggian arang dan kedalaman penanaman ( 10, 20, 30, 40, 50) cm dan dilakukan paralel 1, 2, 3. Hasil dari pengujian yaitu : rata-rata nilai tahanan pembumian terkecil tanpa soil treatment arang terdapat pada kedalaman 50 cm elektroda plat paralel 3 sebesar 1037,6 Ω dan rata-rata nilai tahanan pembumian terkecil menggunakan soil treatment arang terdapat pada kedalaman dan ketinggian 50 cm elektroda plat paralel 3 sebesar 532,6 Ω hasil prosentase penurunan rata-rata nilai tahanan pembumian dari data tersebut sebesar 48,67 %.
