    Dear Authors,

    Please submit your manuscripts through our Online Submission System. Authors are requested to prepare their manuscripts strictly in accordance with the journal template and ensure that submissions are well-structured, properly formatted, and written in clear, high-quality English.

    All accepted articles are published under a full open-access model, ensuring free and unrestricted access for readers worldwide. Currently, no Article Processing Charge (APC) is applied. Publication costs—including peer review, copyediting, typesetting, long-term archiving, and journal management—are fully covered by the journal.
