Pengaruh Pembersihan Kimiawi Dan Mekanik Terhadap Kinerja Intercooler St24 Pada PLTGU Indonesia Power UPJP Priok

Intercooler ST24 pada PLTGU UPJP Priok merupakan alat penukar panas (heat exchanger) yang berfungsi mendinginkan uap. Alat ini menggunakan media air laut sebagai pendinginnya. Kondisi air laut yang kotor menyebabkan penurunan kinerja perpindahan panasnya. Guna
mengembalikan kinerjanya, pembersihan kimiawi dan mekanik telah diterapkan. Berdasarkan analisis kinerja yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan hasil bahwa pembersihan tube intercooler secara mekanik dapat meningkatkan laju perpindahan kalor intercooler sebesar
66.53%, sedangkan pembersihan intercooler secara kimiawi dapat meningkatkan laju perpindahan kalor intercooler mencapai 82.04%. Hal ini menunjukkan penmbersihan menggunakan kimiawi lebih
efektif dibandingkan secara mekanik..
