Perbaikan Motor Induksi 2380 KW di PT.PINDAD (Persero)

Perbaikan motor induksi 2380 kW di PT.PINDAD (Persero) yaitu dilakukannya uji kinerja motor induksi sebelum dan sesudah proses rewinding dan mencatat hasil pengujian. Proses rewinding bertujuan agar kondisi dan kinerja motor induksi kembali seperti semula. Proses dilanjutkan pada tahap pengujian untuk menentukan kemampuan motor induksi. Langkah Tugas Akhir yaitu melakukan pengamatan dan wawancara dengan pembimbing di PT.PINDAD (Persero). Proses rewinding meliputi proses pembuatan coil, isolasi awal, hot press, forming coil, tes awal (impulse), isolasi akhir, tes tegangan tinggi DC, proses inserting, proses penyambungan, boring field test, proses Vacum Pressure Impregnating, proses pengeringan, tes tegangan tinggi AC, proses perakitan, dan final test. Pengujian tahap akhir meliputi pengujian keadaan diam, pengujian tanpa beban, pengujian getaran, pengujian ketahanan panas. Setelah dianalisa hasil pengujian pada U-body 2340 MΩ, V-body 6220 MΩ dan W-body 2950 MΩ sedangkan standar nilai tahanan isolasi adalah 100 MΩ, pengujian tanpa beban didapat 68A per-fasa, nilai getaran dibawah 1 mm/s sedangkan standar nilai getaran minimum 2,8 mm/s, dan pada pengujian ketahanan panas tidak terdapat permasalahan suhu. Pengujian dinyatakan telah berhasil karena sudah memenuhi standar.
