ANALISA EFISIENSI TURBIN GAS UNIT 1 SEBELUM DAN SETELAH OVERHAUL COMBUSTOR INSPECTION DI PT PLN (PERSERO) SEKTOR PEMBANGKITAN PLTGU CILEGON

“Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh overhaul combustor inspection terhadap efisiensi turbin gas unit 1 di PLTGU Cilegon. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh overhaul terhadap efisiensi turbin gas maka digunakan metode perhitungan efisiensi berdasarkan input dan output komponen turbin gas. Pengaruh overhaul combustor inspection dilihat dari efisiensi kompresor, efisiensi ruang bakar, efisiensi turbin, efisiensi thermal siklus brayton, efisiensi thermal efektif, heat rate turbin, dan konsumsi bahan bakar. Hasil perhitungan setelah dilakukan overhaul efisiensi kompresor mengalami peningkatan tertinggi 1,44 %, efisiensi ruang bakar mengalami penurunan tertinggi 1,74 %, efisiensi turbin mengalami peningkatan tertinggi 0,23 %, efisiensi thermal siklus brayton mengalami peningkatan tertinggi 0,47 %, efisiensi thermal efektif mengalami peningkatan tertinggi 0,27 %, heat rate mengalami penurunan tertinggi 114,83 kJ/kWh, dan konsumsi bahan bakar mengalami penurunan tertinggi 697,42 Nm3/h. ”
