​"Orbith: Majalah Ilmiah Pengembangan Rekayasa dan Sosial" has the following copyright and licensing policies:​

  • Author Rights: Authors retain the copyright to their work.​

  • Publication Rights: Authors grant the journal the right of first publication.​

  • Licensing: The work is simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), allowing others to share and adapt the work with proper attribution to the original author and initial publication in this journal.​
