PERANCANGAN PREAMPLIFIER PITA LEBAR UNTUK PENERIMA OPTIK

Perancangan ini menunjukkan Penguat Awal transimpedansi pita lebar (wideband transimpedance preamplifier) untuk penerima optik. Pengaruh dari boostrapping pada pita lebar dan sumber noise (khususnya noise panas yang dihasilkan oleh tahanan umpan balik (feedback resistor), Rf) telah diobservasi. Juga telah diobservasi bahwa resistansi seri umpan balik negatif (Rem) dapat meningkatkan bandwidth penerima (receiver). Resistansi umpan balik (Rf) dan IC2 shot noise pada frekuensi tinggi menjadi sumber dominan noise. Hasil perkiraan komputer dibandingkan dengan perhitungan secara teori difokuskan pada pita lebar dari penerima (receivers). Tingkat kesensitifan dari penerima (receiver) juga telah dihitung untuk tingkat kesalahan 10-9.Kata Kunci : Wideband, Preamplifier, receivers, optik, noise
