Abstract

Manajemen Risiko pada proyek meliputi langkah memahami & mengidentifikasi masalah potensial yang mungkin terjadi, mengevaluasi bagaimana risiko ini mempengaruhi keberhasilan proyek, monitoring dan penanganan risiko. Tujuan manajemen risiko adalah mencegah atau meminimisasi pengaruh yang tidak baik akibat kejadian yang tidak terduga melalui menghindari risiko atau mempersiapkan rencana kontingensi yang berkaitan dengan risiko tersebut. Proses yang dilalui dalam manajemen risiko meliputi perencanaan manajemen risiko, Identifikasi Risiko, Analisis risiko Kualitatif dan kuantitatif,Perencanaan respon risiko, Pengendalian dan monitoring risiko.
