RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM SORTIR BUAH JERUK BERBASIS CONVOLUTIONAL NEURAL NETWORK DENGAN MONITORING INTERNET OF THINGS

Penyortiran buah merupakan tahap penting dalam pascapanen karena menentukan mutu, konsistensi, dan nilai jual produk. Pada industri kecil dan menengah (IKM), proses ini umumnya masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga memerlukan waktu lebih lama, kurang konsisten, dan rentan terhadap kesalahan manusia. Penelitian ini merancang sistem sortir otomatis buah jeruk berbasis Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) dan Internet of Things (IoT) menggunakan Webcam. Sistem melakukan akuisisi citra secara real-time, mengklasifikasikan tingkat kematangan berdasarkan warna dan ukuran melalui model Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) terlatih, dan menggerakkan motor servo untuk menyortir buah secara otomatis. Hasil klasifikasi dan pemantauan ditampilkan melalui dashboard Web yang dapat diakses jarak jauh. Sistem yang dirancang memiliki akurasi tinggi, biaya implementasi rendah, serta kemudahan operasional, sehingga berpotensi mendukung IKM dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas penyortiran buah jeruk.
