Abstrak

Manajemen perkuliahan yang efektif sangat bergantung pada sistem penjadwalan dan presensi yang efisien, namun pengelolaan jadwal yang kompleks dan pencatatan presensi manual masih menjadi tantangan utama di banyak institusi pendidikan tinggi. Penggunaan teknologi berbasis web, khususnya integrasi QR Code untuk presensi, dapat mempercepat dan mempermudah proses tersebut, mengurangi risiko kesalahan dan kecurangan, serta meningkatkan efisiensi. Meskipun banyak sistem sudah tersedia, masih banyak perguruan tinggi yang menggunakan sistem manual atau tidak terintegrasi dengan baik. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan sistem penjadwalan dan presensi berbasis web yang terintegrasi dengan teknologi QR untuk mempermudah proses administrasi, memastikan presensi tercatat akurat, dan meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan waktu dan sumber daya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sistem tersebut, guna meningkatkan kualitas layanan administrasi pendidikan di perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

Effective management of academic activities largely depends on efficient scheduling and attendance systems; however, complex schedule management and manual attendance recording remain major challenges in many higher education institutions. The use of web-based technology, particularly the integration of QR Codes for attendance, can accelerate and simplify these processes, reduce the risk of errors and fraud, and improve overall efficiency. Although various systems are available, many universities still rely on manual or poorly integrated systems. Therefore, a web-based scheduling and attendance system integrated with QR technology is needed to streamline administrative processes, ensure accurate attendance records, and enhance the efficiency of time and resource management. This study aims to design and develop such a system to improve the quality of administrative services in higher education institutions.
