NOISE CANCELLING DENGAN LOW PASS FILTER MENGGUNAKAN METODE ELLIPTIC

Abstrak
Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan perancangan dan simulasi filter low pass elliptic untuk meredam noise pada sinyal audio. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja filter elliptic dalam meredam noise dengan menggunakan tiga nilai frekuensi cut-off yaitu 4 KHz, 10 KHz, dan 20 KHz. Simulasi dilakukan menggunakan software Matlab, dan hasilnya dianalisis berdasarkan grafik respon frekuensi, grafik waveform audio sebelum dan sesudah difilter, serta nilai rata-rata Subjective Differences Grade (SDG). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa filter dengan frekuensi cut-off 4 KHz memberikan hasil terbaik dalam meredam noise, dengan nilai SDG yang mendekati sempurna, dibandingkan dengan frekuensi cut-off 10 KHz dan 20 KHz.
