PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN HITUNG PERKALIAN BILANGAN CACAH MELALUI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE TGT PADA SISWA KELAS IV SD2 BARONGAN SEMESTER II TAHUN PELAJARAN 2016/2017

Hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas IV SD 2 Barongan semester II tahun 2016/2017 rendah. Hal ini disebabkan karena guru dalam mengajar hanya menggunakan metode ceramah. Jalan keluar yang ditempuh untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa adalah melakukan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan cara melakukan perbaikan pembelajaran mengunakan model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe TGT. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus. Siklus I melakukan tindakan pembelajaran mengunakan metode ceramah. Siklus II melakukan tindakan pembelajaran menggunakan model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe TGT.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada siklus I rata-rata hasil belajar siswa sudah meningkat yaitu kondisi awal tuntas hanya 14 siswa kondisi akhir siswa yang tuntas 36 siswa. Rata-rata kondisi awal 62, pada kondisi akhir rata-rata 79.31 berarti mengalami peningkatan 21.82%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah :Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif hitung perkalian bilangan cacah pada siswa kelas IV.
Dengan berhasilnya penelitian ini disarankan agar model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT dapat menjadi alterative guru untuk meningkatkanketerlibatan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran sehingga hasil belajar siswa meningkat.
The results ofmathematics learning for a fourth-grade students of SD 2 Barongan in the second term of 2016/2017 are low. This is because teachers use only the metode of speaking. Taken solution to improve the result of student learning is do the research of class action by making improvement of the learning using a TGT type of cooperative learning model. The research of class action is implemented by two cycles. First cycle, performs learning action using the metode of speaking. Second cycle, performs learning action using a TGT type of cooperative learning model.
The research showed that in the first cycle the average of student result has increased, the initial condition was completed only 14 students and the final condition was 36 students. The average of the initial condition is 62, in the final condition is 79.31, which means an increase 21.82%. The conclusions of this researchis: Cooperative Learning Model counting multiplication of whole numbers in fourth-grade students.
With the success of this research, it is suggested that the TGT type of cooperative learning model can be an alternative teacher to improve studentsinvolvement in the learning process so that student learning outcomes increased.
