Pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasional dosen sangat berpengaruh terhadap semangat ,motivasi, kualitas dan kinerja dosen. Dalam suatu institusi pendidikan komitmen organisasional merupakan faktor yang penting dalam keberhasilan proses belajar mengajar.
Dalam penelitian yang berjudul Pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasional dosen prodi listrik jurusan Elektro Polines dihasilkan pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasional signifikan dan searah Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasional lebih besar dibandingkan pengaruh lingkungan kerja.
