FASILITAS KERJA, KARAKTERISTIK INDIVIDU DAN BEBAN KERJA SEBAGAI ANTESEDEN KINERJA KARYAWAN

PT Eastwind Mandiri Semarang is a company engaged in the production of furniture. This study aims to determine the effect of work facilities, individual characteristics and workload on employee performance at PT Eastwind Mandiri Semarang. The population of this study were all 148 employees. Sampling method using Proportional Random Sampling. The data analysis technique used multiple linear analysis. The results of the partial test show a positive and significant effect of work facilities and individual characteristics on employee performance. However, there is no effect of workload on employee performance. Individual characteristic variables give dominant influence in improving employee performance. Employees who have competencies, interests, attitudes and values in facing task challenges will produce better performance.
