Bisnis kos-kosan berkembang pesat, kompetitor pun banyak bermunculan. Untuk itu dibutuhkan strategi pemasaran jasa tepat untuk mempromosikan bisnis kos-kosan agar dapat memenangkan persaingan. Kos Wisma Niko menggunakan strategi pemasaran jasa Dalam melakukan strategi pemasaran jasa Kos Wisma Niko, ada beberapa langkah yang perlu diperhatikan supaya sukses dan keberhasilan berpihak pada pemilik Wisma Niko : Mencari lokasi yang strategis mentukan market yang ingin dituju, memasarkan secara offline maupun online, menyediakan fasilitas yang cukup sesuai kebutuhan yang akan tinggal,melayani dengan baik dan ramah setiap penghuni kos, cepat tanggap apabila ada pengaduan ikwal ketidaknyamana baik kerusakan kostan atau gangguan warga sekitar.Downloads
