Abstract

UMKM memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam perekonomian nasional, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kinerja UMKM. Kinerja operasional UKM dapat diukur dengan menggunakan sistem antrian. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan purposive sampling dari 30 UMKM, jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan metode pengumpulan data kuesioner. Teknik analisis dalam mengukur kinerja operasional menggunakan alat analisis Excel OM for windows. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kinerja dari 14 UMKM sudah optimal (utility), tetapi kinerja 16 UMKM belum optimal (disutility). Setelah mengukur hasil kinerja operasional, UMKM dapat mengambil keputusan, antara lain: meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan menambah fasilitas pelayanan.
