RANCANG BANGUN PERAGA PRAKTIKUM KONTROL LEVEL AIR PADA TANDON DAN BAK MENGGUNAKAN PLC

Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah rancang bangun alat peraga praktikum berupa modul kontrol level air pada tandon dan bak. Output berupa pompa air dan solenoid valve. Pompa digunakan untuk mengalirkan air dari sumur ke tandon sedangkan solenoid valve digunakan untuk mengalirkan air dari tandon ke bak. Kerja pompa di pengaruhi level air di sumur dan tandon, kondisi awal sumur penuh (sensor level air sumur on) dan tandon kosong (sensor level atas dan bawah tandon off). Pada kondisi ini pompa bekerja beberapa saat kemudian sensor level bawah tandon on dan pompa masih bekerja. Pompa berhenti bekerja saat sensor level atas tandon berubah menjadi on (tandon penuh). Apabila tandon kembali kosong maka pompa akan kembali bekerja. Jika suatu saat sumur kering (sensor level air sumur off) maka pompa tidak akan bekerja, pompa akan bekerja kembali jika sumur kembali penuh. Kerja selenoid valve hanya dipengaruhi kondisi level air di bak saja. Saat bak kosong (Sensor level air bak off), selenoid valve (SV) akan bekerja. Ketika bak penuh (sensor level air bak on) selenoid valve (SV) akan berhenti bekerja. Sensor level air disumur dan bak digunakan mercury switch yang dimasukkan pelampung, untuk sensor level air tendon digunakan proximity capasitive.Downloads
