PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN SELF EFFICACY TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASIONAL PADA DOSEN JURUSAN ELEKTRO POLITEKNIK NEGERI SEMARANG

Pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan self-efficacy terhadap komitmen organisasi Jurusan Elektro Polines sangat penting untuk dilakukan peneitian. Penjabaran tujuan penelitian (1). Memeriksa dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi, (2). Memeriksa dan menganalisis pengaruh self-efficacy terhadap komitmen organisasi.Penelitian ini merupakan studi kuantitatif untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dilakukan melalui software SPSS. Hasil regresi memberikan bukti bahwa lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang dominan terhadap komitmen organisasi dengan koefisien regresi 0.675 sedangkan variabel self efficacy dengan koefisien regresi 0,030. Kedua variabel independen, yaitu lingkungan kerja, self-efficacy memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasional.
