INTEGRASI KONTROL TERPROGRAM PLC PADA PRAKTEK BENGKEL SEMESTER VI PROGRAM STUDI TEKNIK LISTRIK JURUSAN TEKNIK ELEKTRO POLINES

Praktek Bengkel Listrik semester VI di Program Studi Teknik Listrik Jurusan Teknik Elektro Polines masih diselenggarakan dengan kontrol konvensional yang berbasis elektromagnetik untuk plant air limbah. Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan nilai tambah dalam pembekalan kompetensi bagi mahasiswa, karena banyak industri sudah menggunakan kontrol terprogram yang berbasis PLC (Programmable Logic Controller). Oleh karena itu target khusus dari penelitian ini yaitu mengintegrasikan kontrol terprogram berbasis PLC ke dalam kontrol konvensional berbasis elektromagnetik tersebut, sehingga tercapai inovasi materi kuliah untuk penguatan Praktek Bengkel Listrik. Berdasarkan pada metode studi literatur dan eksperimen, maka penelitian ini menghasilkan luaran sebuah artikel jurnal publikasi untuk suatu plant proses air limbah yang dikontrol secara terintegrasi baik secara konvensional maupun terprogram, dan juga luaran rekomendasi untuk pertimbangan dalam inovasi materi mata kuliah Praktek Bengkel Listrik.Kata Kunci : Plant air limbah, PLC
