Article Retraction & Withdrawal
Article Retraction & Withdrawal
AAMAR follows the COPE Retraction Guidelines.
Withdrawal. Authors may withdraw a manuscript before peer review by sending a written request, signed by all authors, to [email protected]. Withdrawal during review or after acceptance requires a justified reason and approval by the editor. The submission fee (IDR 250,000) is not refunded once review has started. Published articles cannot be withdrawn.
Retraction. A published article will be retracted if it involves plagiarism, duplicate publication, data fabrication or falsification, or errors that invalidate its conclusions. A retraction notice will be published and linked to the article, and the original article will remain online marked “RETRACTED”.
Correction. Minor errors that do not affect the conclusions are corrected through an erratum linked to the original article.
