KAJIAN PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN MAHASISWA ATAS PEMILIHAN STUDI PADA PROGRAM STUDI MBI JURUSAN ADM NIAGA POLITEKNIK NEGERI SEMARANG
Abstract
The aim of the research to identify the
character of students internal customer, to
analyse the factor which influence the
student’s decision in choosing to study at
Prodi Manajemen Bisnis Internasioal Jurusan
Administrasi Niaga Politeknik Negeri
Semarang. And to analyse the factor which
the most dominant in influencing on student’s
decision. To collect data by using questionair
and analyzed by descriptive analysis method
and multiple regression analysis.
The result of this research, indicate R=0,854
means dependent variable and independent
variable has correlation. F test is significant
and Adjusted R2=0,705 indicate that 70,5%
variation dependent variable was influenced
by the fourth independent variable.
Partially the result of regression analysis
indicate that coefficient factor cultural
variable b=0,064, sig=0,454 it means
cultural factor variable is not significant.
Social factor variable, b=0,418, sig=0,009,
Personal factor variable b=0,247, sig=0,018
and Phycology factor variable b=0,235,
sig=0,045 positive influence to chosen
decision factor significantly.
