PENGARUH IMPLEMENTASI INTERNAL SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT TERHADAP KINERJA OPERASIONAL PERUSAHAAN (STUDI KASUS PADA PT. PAN BROTHERS TBK, BOYOLALI)

Abstract

This study aimed to know the influence of the
implementation of internal supply chain
management on company's operational
performance at PT. Pan Brothers Tbk &
Groups, Boyolali. The method used to collect
the data is questionnaire. The sampling
methods used are the purposive and
incidental sampling with 50 respondents from
100 population. The analysis methods used
are the validation test, reliability test, simple
linear regression, T test, and determination
coefficient with SPSS 20. The empirical result
showed that there is a positive and significant
influence of the information sharing on
company's operational performance. So, it
can be concluded that the implementation of
supply chain management (information
sharing) affect significantly toward
company's operational performance with the
determination coefficient of R square 65.7%,
while 34.3% is explained by other variables
(e.g. long term relationship, cooperation,
integration process).
