PERANCANGAN STRATEGI CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY BIDANG PENDIDIKAN PT ASURANSI MSIG INDONESIA MELALUI BALANCED SCORECARD

Abstract


PT MSIG has the goal of becoming a No. 1
general insurance company in the region in
terms of acquisition of premium income and
quality of service. The purpose of this study
are: (1) Designing organizational alignment
process in the field of educational CSR
program at PT MSIG. (2) Designing strategy
maps based on BSC approach. (3) Measuring
performance achievement and initiatives
strategic on educational CSR program at PT
MSIG in 2015. This study used nonprobability
sampling method with purposive technique
and probability sampling method with census
technique. Research methods and data
analysis based from balanced scorecard with
the assistance Microsoftexcel 2007. The
results of this studies indicated that
performance of the CSR program at PT MSIG
has been good with 89.81% value expressed
in green. This performance can be maintained
and improved by implementing a program of
initiatives strategic, especially on the Key
Performance Indicators that have not yet
reached the very good category.
