PENGUKURAN EFISIENSI PENERAPAN KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT (KM) MELALUI SECI MODEL PADA PT ASURANSI MSIG INDONESIA
Abstract
PT Asuransi MSIG Indonesia has been
applying some criteria of the KM. However,
the company have not manage and exploit it
in such a way yet. The purposes of this
research are (1)to know the implementation
of the KM in PT Asuransi MSIG Indonesia
and (2)to measure how large the efficiency of
the KM which is already running. The
techniques of data collection are
questionnaire and literature study. Data
Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and descriptive
analysis are used as methods in this study.
The result of the study showed that (1)the
process of the KM which is implemented can
be classified into 4 knowledge conversion
model SECI (Socialization, Externalization,
Combination, Internalization) and most of
them are belong to socialization process.
(2)The results of the measurements using the
DEA showed that 9 departments of 12
departments of PT Asuransi MSIG Indonesia
have been applying the KM efficiently and the
rest, 3 of departments have not being efficient
yet, i.e. Claim Business, Brokerage Business
and IT&OPTIMUS. Therefore, needs to
formalize the application of the KM system on
PT Asuransi MSIG Indonesia through
application of Community of Practice System.
