Abstract

The objective of this research was to define
intelectual capital develpment model in
empowering teacher”™s specialities group/
KBK at Business Administration Department
in relation with achievement of its competitive
advantage. The research variables were:
human capital, organizational capital, and
relational capital. The analysis intruments
were: descriptive analysis and performanceimportance
analysis. It was found that : there
were some aspects of intelectual capital that
should be highly developed. they are:
leadership, cohecssion, learning and
expenriment.
