Abstract

The purpose of this reseach was to identify
the influence of organizational culture,
leadership and working motivation to
employee”™s satisfaction at PT. Pelabuhan
Indonesia III (Persero) Branch Tanjung Emas
Semarang. Questionnaire, Interview and
literature studies were the instruments to use
to collect data. Questionnaires were
distributed to 60 employee”™s as respondents.
The data analysis used the method of multiple
linier regression coefficient analysis.
Regression analysis was used to determine
the influence of organizational culture,
leadership and working motivation to
employee”™s satisfaction. Data were processed
using SPSS v.17.0. The result of this study is
that the calculation of regression coefficient
obtained Y = 1,585 +0,270X1 + 0,197X2+
0,340 X3 It meant that result of regression
gave positive influence on employee”™s
satisfaction, and the influence of working
motivation was greater than the other
variables.The result of t-test, tcount value of
culture organization was 2.723, leadership
was 2.611, working motivation was 3.096.
and ttable value was 1.673. from these result
may be known the tcount> ttable so Ha accepted,
which meant that partial test of organization
culture. leadership, and working motivation
had positive effect for working
satisfaction.The result of F-test, Fcount value of
organization culture, leadership, and working
motivation was 47.392 and Ftable value was
2.796, value of Fcount> Ftable so Ha would be
accepted, which meant that simultaneously
organizational culture, leadership dan
working motivation had positive effect on
employee”™s satisfaction. The coefficient of
determination was 0,702. It meant that the
employee”™s satisfaction of 70,2% was
influenced by organizational culture,
leadership and working motivation, while the
rest of 29,8% was influenced by the other
factors.
