Road infrastructure plays a crucial role in supporting community mobility and economic activities; however, excessive traffic loads can accelerate pavement deterioration. This study aims to identify pavement distresses and determine treatment priorities for the Pancasila – Danau Kayan 1 Road Section in Putussibau. The research employed a visual survey and pavement condition assessment based on the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) guidelines (PUPR, 2016). The results show that the predominant types of distress are longitudinal cracking (73.71%) and alligator cracking (11.99%), with an average NPT value of 28, classified as severe. Based on these conditions, full-depth pavement reconstruction is identified as the
main treatment priority to restore pavement performance and ensure sustainable road serviceability in similar urban areas.
