Focus and Scope

TELE, Journal of Applied Communication and InformationTechnologies is published two time per year and is committed to publishing high-quality articles that advance the practical applications of communication and information technologies. The journals scope covers all aspects of theory, application and design of communication and information technologies, including (but not limited):
- Communication and Information Theory.
- Mobile and Wireless Communication, Cognitive Radio Networks.
- Ad Hoc, Mesh, Wireless Sensor Network, Distributed System and cloud computing
- Computer networking and IoT
- Optimization Algorithms, Artificial intelligence, Machine Learning, and Adaptive System.
Peer Review Process
All manuscripts are subject to peer review and are expected to meet standards of academic excellence. If approved by the editor, submissions will be considered by peer-reviewers, whose identities will remain anonymous to the authors.
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
Journal History
TELE was first established in 1996 and published four times per year. Originally, this journal was only used as the communication media for the internal teaching staffs, practitioners, and other researchers at State Polytechnic of Semarang (Polines) whose activities related to the electrical engineering. In future, this journal is committed to advancing more articles/writings from both internal and external Polines writers or researchers.
