Abstract


This research purpose is to know how to increase lecturer performance at Politeknik Negeri Semarang through internal and organisational empowerment. This research applies Multivariate Linear Regression Model. The purpose of regression analysis is to measure strength relation between two or more variables and show direction relation between dependent and independent variables. To assess Goodness of Fit a model is done by measurement of Coefficient of determination value, Significance F - test and Significance t - test.Research concludes that in simultan Locus of Control, Educative, Consideration Gender, Organisational Pressure, Leadership, Cluster Strength, Trust andOrgansational Behavior influential to Empowerment. While empowerment is having an effect on positive signifikan to lecturer performance. Level Of Education of lecturer and Organisational Pressure influential positive signifikan to Empowerment lecturer Politeknik Negeri Semarang.
