PEMBERDAYAAN KAMPUNG TEMATIK BATIK DURENAN INDAH SEMARANG MELALUI PENDAMPINGAN DIGITAL MARKETING DAN PENYUSUNAN HPP

Abstract


The Durenan Indah Thematic Batik Village is one of the thematic villages of Semarang City, located in Mangunharjo Village. The majority of batik MSMEs in the Tematik Batik Village still use the conventional word of mouth marketing system, with limited coverage. Furthermore, in determining the selling price, we still use an "approximate" system and do not use the correct basis for calculating the cost of production (HPP). The Polines Managerial Accounting Study Program, based on needs analysis, seeks to overcome these problems by empowering the Durenan Indah batik thematic village by providing training and assistance in digital marketing (creating and updating Google Business) and COGS calculations. From this program, Durenan Indah Batik MSMEs can increase their knowledge about digital marketing, are able to utilize Google Business to expand product marketing, and can also prepare COGS (Cost of Production) as a basis for determining selling prices. Apart from empowering knowledge, Polines also increased production empowerment by providing assistance as needed, namely 5 stoves for production; 5 packages of batik materials; and 15 packages of materials needed to practice batik for elementary school children. Through this assistance, it is hoped that the enthusiasm for batik can be rekindled in the community, so that batik remains sustainable as one of Indonesia's cultural and artistic treasures, as well as being a source of increasing community income to support economic empowerment.
