PENERAPAN TEKNOLOGI PENGADUK CAIRAN UNTUK USAHA KECIL INDUSTRI SABUN DAN BAHAN PEMBERSIH KEPERLUAN RUMAH TANGGA

Abstract

KERBAN Village, Kalurahan Harjosari, Semarang Regency has small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the business of making soap liquid and household cleaning materials, and already has a sales market that reaches to Kudus and Demak, but its production is still very small, on average only 100 liters per day due to still using the manual method in its production. The purpose of this community service activity is expected to increase the production capacity of small and medium enterprises with better quality. The implementation method in this service activity is after going through a site survey, designing a liquid mixing machine for soap and household cleaners equipped with three drums and three stirrers which are driven by a hp electric motor connected to a transmission belt and pulley, so that once the operation is carried out stirring in three drums, each of which was filled with liquid soap and household cleaners. The result achieved from this activity is that the mixer machine for liquid soap and household cleaners operates once each having a production capacity of 150 liter drums, bringing the total capacity to 450 liters. With this 450% increase in production, SMEs must carry out a strategy by adding production and marketing workers to expand their sales, so that it will have an impact on increasing income.
