PENDAMPINGAN VALIDASI MATERI UJI KOMPETENSI PADA LSP P1 POLITEKNIK MARITIM NEGERI INDONESIA

Abstract

LSP P1 Polimarin was established in 2018 with five certification schemes to provide maritime competencies for its graduates, but so far, it has never validated competency test material (MUK). This process risks the relevance, applicability, and reliability of MUK according to technology, processes, techniques, and procedures. This assistance should lead to a better knowledge of validating competency test materials using the PLOR (Problem, Location, Objective Evidence, and Reference) pattern on four different areas of tool validation, assessment process, assessment implementation, and decision making. Directors, Managers, and Assessors receive training on concepts, methods, and procedures and the validity of competency test materials as part of socialization activities. The next stage is the preparation of the MUK Validation Document carried out in an independent assignment involving the participation of partners to carry out the process of identifying and examining the validation of competency test materials. The next stage is to create a structured workshop to evaluate validation documentation by facilitators and formulate results both offline and online by complying with health protocols. The final review will happen two months after the validation paperwork is done. The validated test documents will be discovered and brought to the table during this time.
