Abstract


The COVID-19 pandemic has a more direct impact on the global business ecosystem. Conditions that are not much different are felt in Indonesia, at the beginning of March 2020, Indonesia began to experience a period of the COVID-19 pandemic with the confirmation of the first case. The COVID-19 pandemic has not only caused deaths, the COVID-19 pandemic has affected many sectors, especially the economic sector. One of the economic impacts of COVID-19 is on the micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME) market. The service sector such as barbershops or haircuts, salons, barbershops and beauty clinics has been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The COVID-19 pandemic has made the sustainability of the Madura Haircut MSME business even more difficult. The Community Service Program of the Semarang State Polytechnic Business Administration Department is aimed at providing problem solutions through Service Management which makes Madura Haircut MSMEs still able to carry out business activities professionally during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The need for scientific references is another outcome of this service besides the provision of materials and assistance for the Madura hair cutting service business and the strengthening of integrated institutions between the community, government and Polines.
