PEMBUATAN KRIPIK PISANG OLEH KELOMPOK ‘PROGRAM KELUARGA HARAPAN’, KELURAHAN PENGGARON LOR SEMARANG

Abstract


This community service is done to the group of “Progran Keluarga Harapan” which consists of 20 women in Kelurahan Penggaron Lor, Genuk Semarang. This activity is held to provide an activity for developing the enterpreneur skills which directly develop the creativity to take advantages of existing resources in increasing family income.  There are 3 stages in organizing this activity; pre, during and after activities. Pre activities include survey, buying the tools and materials, doing experiment, preparing places, documents and the participants. During activities include the process of peeling, chopping, soaking, frying, and packing. There is an additional activity, that is learning how to calculate the selling price. The product is spicy fried cruncy banana. The technology chosen is simple wich is familiar to their daily activities because the priority is how to create empowerment in improving the family economy The new techniques in the making this product is how to make it crunchy, the use of different toppings and packaging models.After activities are evaluation and monitoring
