KLASIFIKASI JENIS HASIL PROSES PRODUKSI PAVING BLOCK PADA TB PRIBUMI JL RAYA SENTUL SUKOREJO, KENDAL, JAWA TENGAH SESUAI DENGAN STANDAR NASIONAL INDONESIA (SNI 03-0691-1996)

Abstract

Concrete brick or paving block is a composition of building materials made from a mixture of Portland cement or similar hydraulic adhesives, water, aggregates with or without other additives that do not reduce the quality of the concrete bricks. The results of the production process are strongly influenced by production factors, including: the quality/composition of raw materials, the equipment used to produce them, the steps in making them up to maintenance. The production process at TB Indigenous is strongly influenced by user requests (customers), so it is very possible that the results are less controlled (the quality varies). For this reason, assistance is needed, so that the results can satisfy consumers because usually the demand for these products will increase which means they will increase income, considering that the quality of Paving blocks from TB Indigenous really meets the standards. After completion of mentoring for TB Indigenous, it has been recommended that the production process of paving blocks results in compliance with the Indonesian National Standard 03-0691-1996 with Quality D results, namely that the paving blocks can be used for gardens and other uses.
