Abstract
A strike is a fundamental right of workers/laborers and trade unions/labor unions should be done legally, orderly and peacefully as a result of the failure of the negotiations. Strike is considered valid if done in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation. Strike carried out not in accordance with the provisions of the legislation considered invalid and have different legal consequences.
