Abstract


Wages is something inherent in labor in PP No. 78 Year 2015. This is a breakthrough in the world of employment. But PP No. 78 Year 2015 poses great rejection because they have eliminated the right of workers to decent living and remove the bargaining rights of trade unions. PP No. 78 Year 2015 on Equal Remuneration should be based on labor Decent Life (KHL). Meanwhile, PP No. 78 Year 2015 on Wage is based on inflation and economic growth alone.
