Abstract


The Constitutional Court is a judicial power, in addition The Supreme Court has the authority to test laws against the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1945, rule on the dispute the authority of state institutions whose authorities are granted by the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1945, dissolution of political parties, to decide disputes the results of the elections and make a decision on the opinion of the House that the President and/or Vice President who is alleged to have violated the law in the form of treason, corruption, bribery, other felonies, or misconduct, and/or no longer qualifies as President and/or Vice President as stipulated in the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1945.
