Abstract


Labor system in Indonesia is very vulnerable from the practice of disguised slavery both domestically and abroad. Slavery it could be a reference to monitor whether the rights of workers already eligible or not eligible. Decent job sectors slavery, it includes domestic workers, factory workers and farm laborers, and fishing. Most of the migrant workers work in those sectors risky (3D: Dark, Dirty, Dangerous) but with minimal protection. The complexity of the problems experienced by Indonesian migrant workers both in terms of the type and locus and root cause problem is minimal protection provided by the state.
