PENGELOLAAN ASET TETAP BERBASIS KOMPETENSI PADA DINAS PENDAPATAN PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN DAN ASET DAERAH KABUPATEN WONOGIRI
Abstract
Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan pengelolaan aset
tetap yang terjadi pada Dinas Pendapatan dan Pengelolaan Aset Daerah
berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 24 Tahun
2005 tentang Standar Akuntansi Pemerintah dan Nomor 6 tahun 2006
tentang Pengelolaan Barang Milik Negara/Daerah serta Keputusan Menteri
Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Republik Indonesia Nomor:
KEP.43/MEN/III/2008 tentang Penetapan Standar Kompetensi Kerja
Nasional Indonesia Sektor Real Estate, Usaha Persewaan dan Jasa
Perusahaan Sub Sektor Jasa Perusahaan Lainnya Bidang Jasa Akuntansi
dan Perpajakan Sub Bidang Teknisi Akuntansi untuk Unit Kompetensi
Mengelola Kartu Aset.Dalam Tugas Akhir ini metode deskripsi digunakan
untuk mengetahui gambaran umum serta struktur organisasi dan metode
eksposisi digunakan untuk memberikan penjelasan mengenai pengelolaan
aset tetap. Asset tetap pada Dinas Pendapatan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan
Aset daerah kabupaten Wonogiri pada tahun 2012 mengalami penambahan
karena Realisasi Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah dan
pengurangan karena dilelang atau dijual. Standar Kompetensi Kerja
Nasional Indonesia telah diterapkan dan aset tetap diakui sesuai harga
perolehan tanpa ada penyusutan.
