Abstract

Industri kuliner di Taiwan merupakan sektor gastronomi tourism yang mampu menarik daya tarik wisatawan melalui faktor cita rasa makanan dan minuman. Taiwan membuka ruang untuk UMKM asing yang ingin mendirikan usaha kuliner dengan diberikan kemudahan akses sehingga situasi ini dapat dimanfaatkan oleh wirausahawan Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis indikator apa saja yang membangun pada tiap lini bisnis Fornusa Craft. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan sampel utama adalah pemilik usaha Fornusa Craft sebagai sumber informasi pertama. Studi ini memiliki arah untuk mencari tahu peran aktif dari wirausahawan dalam membangun orientasi pasar yang berfokus pada penciptaan nilai yang lebih unggul dibandingkan pesaing. Orientasi pembelajaran ditujukan sebagai kemampuan adaptasi bisnis dengan mengadopsi dan memperbaharui informasi dan pengetahuan yang ada. Orientasi kewirausahaan mencerminkan semangat kewirausahaan yang mendorong inovasi, keberanian mengambil resiko serta proaktif dalam mengeksekusi peluang. Kemudian kemampuan manajemen bisnis menjelaskan pengelolaan sumber daya secara efektif harus dilakukan dengan pelaksanaan terkendali, perencanaan terjadwal, serta pengendalian keuangan sebagai tolak ukur kondisi bisnis. Empat aspek tersebut diintegrasikan membentuk sinergi strategis yang berujung pada kinerja bisnis sebagai daya saing dalam menghadapi tantangan bisnis di Taiwan. Hasil temuan studi ini membangun indikator indikator pada aspek orientasi pasar, orientasi pembelajaran, orientasi kewirausahaan, manajemen bisnis dan kinerja bisnis.
