PENINGKATAN KUALITAS PRODUKSI MELALUI SMOFE (SMART PROOFER) DAN PENENTUAN HARGA POKOK PRODUKSI UMKM J’FANS

Abstract


UMKM J'Fans is a newcomer to the Bread Business, has faced several obstacles: (a) The proofer owned is still simple, less sterile and limited to handle the large number of customer orders and (b) It has not been optimal to determine the selling price based on the owner's estimate. To solve these problems, solutions are offered: (a) Designing a SMOFE (Smart Proofer) tool and (b) Designing and providing training on cost of production. The output targets to be achieved in this activity are: (a) Publication in print/electronic mass media; (b) Participation in dissemination; (c) Publication of articles, (d) Designing SMOFE tools, (e) Designing and providing training on the calculation of cost of production. The methods used for program implementation are: 1) Needs Identification, 2) Design, 3) Operational assistance and implementation of science and technology.
