Abstract

Covid 19 pandemi has been happened for more2years, it has given negative impact to coommunity. Even some of them become job less because of it, therefore they have to find out the way how to earn money. Most of the people in Lerep, earn their living by producing and and also selling kinds of crisp and chips, and their and their product are very well known surround the Ungaran village, and the visitors in their village like to buy their products because they are very delicious and crispy. However because of the pandemic, the visitor in Lerep are not as many as before, and it make the produsen and the sellers of the chips have loose their income. And after having a discussion with the Head of the Lerep village, we try to get the solution of the problem obove, that is by empowering the housewives in Lerep to produce nugget from tofu. By giving information and also train the Lerep village to be able to produce nugget from tofu, hopefully it will result of new entrepreneurs in Lerep village, or it will make the entrepreneur which have already produce kinds of chips to be able to produce another product, in this case, nugget from tofu, beside their previous products that they have already produce. The Nugget which is made from tofu and mix with some vegetables has delicious taste, even its taste is as delicious as nugget from chicken or beef which produce by famous manufacturs, such as So Good, So Nice, Belfoods, Champ, etc. This commodity is as innovation of food production how to make nugget from tofu, and of course this product will be welcome by vegetarian, which an not taste and eat negget from chicken or from beef. This commodity also cheaper than the product produce by manufactur which is made from chicken or beef. Besides that, this commodity is also easy to make and does not require special equipments and also special ingredientsAnd the most important thing about this nugget from tofu is that this nugget can be store in frozen condition, as frozen food which make it can be store and sell in long expired.
