PENDAMPINGAN DAN PENERAPAN TEKNOLOGI PRODUKSI USAHA KONVEKSI BATIK ENZA DI KOTA SURAKARTA

Abstract


This service activity aims to improve the competence of the UKM Batik Enza Convection Business. From the production side, the resulting product has developed, using a combination of batik cloth, lurik cloth, and patchwork. Sales of convection products are carried out directly and through intermediary traders, covering Java and outside Java (Jakarta, Sidoarjo, Medan, Ambon). The development of products made requires a longer production process and requires accuracy, this can be overcome by using a 4-thread sewing machine, but limited capital does not yet have such a sewing machine. Likewise, the limited knowledge possessed in managing a business has not been able to be carried out effectively and has not been able to calculate HPP correctly. Based on an agreement with partners, the problems encountered will be assisted by providing assistance in the form of a 4-thread sewing machine, management training in business management so that business management becomes more effective and training in calculating the Cost of Production. With the implementation of this program partners can run their business better, and can improve the quality and quantity of the products produced.
