PENERAPAN TEKNOLOGI PEMASARAN ONLINE PRODUK KOPI SEKAR MELATI TEMANGGUNG

Abstract


The partner of this Community Service Program is Sekar Melati coffee group in Gesing Village, Kandangan District, Temanggung Regency.  The purpose of this program is to increase coffee sales through the application of online marketing technology, improve packaging quality and the addition of a grinding machine. Sekar Melati is a group of coffee producer of robusta coffee powder and the products come from group members' plantations. Gesing Village is the largest Robusta coffee producing area in Kandangan District. The coffee was marketed through acquaintances, in the shop where the production was made, as well as through exhibition. Marketing through exhibitions is very effective to introduce coffee products outside the region.  The partner of this program does not have a grinder that can be used to grind coffee at the time of the exhibition.  The packing process into aluminum foil packaging used an ironing tool. From these problems the solution is to design online marketing, procurement of grinding machine, as well as procurement of sealer tools for packing coffee products.  The outputs targeted for this program are to increase the average coffee sales turnover of 10% per month, partners are able to prepare coffee powder using a grinder in serving consumers, as well as the increased quality of packaging. The method of approach used in this program is the practice of applying online marketing technology, business assistance and monitoring.
