PENERAPAN TEKNOLOGI LAPORAN KEUANGAN DAN PRODUKSI PADA PENGRAJIN PISANG AROMA RAJAWALI TEMANGGUNG

Abstract


Partners in this Community Service Program are aroma banana craftsmen in, Gesing Village, Kandangan District, Temanggung Regency. The purpose of the service program is, add equipment for draining oil, produce Cost of Production reports and Profit and Loss reports. The raw material in the form of bananas is obtained from the surrounding area where bananas are planted. Marketing of banana aroma products is only in shops owned by craftsmen, and entrusted to gift shops in Temanggung and surrounding areas , In the frying process, the results of the banana aroma that have been fried are drained using a simple tool made of bamboo, so the oil cannot be drained completely completely. The solution to these problems procure a drain tool to drain the remaining oil, training in the preparation of Cost of Production and Profit and Loss. The approach method used is, the practice of using a drain tool, the practice of compiling reports on Cost of Production and Profit and Loss using Microsoft Excel, business assistance and monitoring. The outputs in this program are sales turnover of aroma bananas increased by 10%, product quality increased, became durable and taste did not change, documents on Cost of Production and Profit and Loss Reports, scientific publications in scientific journals, proceedings of national seminars.
