Abstract


In this activity, the Semarang State Polytechnic Electronics Engineering Study Program (Polines) will provide assistance in the application of technology in the form of providing standardized electronic equipment for processing grilled chicken and geprek chicken and assisting the use of these electronic devices properly and correctly and safe for the environment in the MSME environment " Grilled Chicken – Chicken Geprek Bang Toyib Wongsheemo” Semarang. This activity tries to answer the problems that exist in MSMEs, namely the lack of standardized electronic equipment to process grilled chicken and fried chicken due to limited funds and lack of knowledge about using these electronic equipment properly and correctly. Some of the problems experienced by these SMEs are how to overcome the increasing demand for grilled chicken and fried chicken products. With this dedication, it is hoped that it can empower all components (starting from owners and employees) in this MSME. In addition, this service is expected to provide support for the development of businesses engaged in quality culinary arts in the Gedawang Village, Banyumanik District, Semarang City.
