PENERAPAN DINDING PENAHAN TANAH PADA KOMPLEKS MAKAM NDUKOH DI DUSUN NDUKOH KELURAHAN NONGKOSAWIT KECAMATAN GUNUNGPATI KOTA SEMARANG

Abstract

Nongkosawit Village is one of the villages in Gunungpati District, Semarang City. One of the challenges faced by the people of Nongkosawit Village is the need for funeral. The problem is the lack of manpower and human resources who can design grave plots so that land use becomes effective and maximal. The Polines service team applied several methods to solve these problems, starting from preparation, preliminary surveys, land clearing and striping, measurement, and mapping, to the design of the irrigation system. Measurements were made using a theodolite, for approximately 2 days. The results of the field survey showed that the shape of the land is approximately rectangles stretching from south to north, with a length of 130 m and a width of 16 m, approximately 2000 m². The southern part of the funeral complex has an elevation difference of about 1.5 m, so it is necessary to build a retaining wall of stone. The foundation of the retaining wall is made of stone, with a trapezoidal shape. The depth of the foundation is 70 cm, the width of the top is 30 cm, while the width of the bottom is 70 cm. On top of the foundation, a 20 x 30 cm concrete sloof is installed and then as a barrier for the retaining wall is brick.
