FAKTOR PENDORONG PENINGKATAN KINERJA KARYAWAN DALAM MEMPERTAHANKAN DAYA SAING PRODUK
Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis beberapa variabel anteseden yang berpengaruh
terhadap kinerja inovatif karyawan. Populasi penelitian ini seluruh karyawan UMKM batik di
Jawa Tengah dan DIY berorientasi ekspor yang bekerja pada bagian desain motif, border, dan
house hold sebanyak 250 orang. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan metode purposive
sampling yaitu UMKM yang telah berdiri lebih dari 10 tahun, responden memiliki pendidikan
minimal SMA dan telah bekerja lebih dari 7 tahun. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, empat hipotesis
yang telah diajukan menunjukkan pengaruh positif signifikan pada semua hubungan antar
variabel. Pengaruh tidak langsung variabel independen terhadap kinerja inovatif menghasilkan
dua strategi. Strategi pertama menghubungkan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja
inovatif melalui kreativitas ekstra peran, dan strategi kedua menghubungkan kreativitas ekstra
peran terhadap kinerja inovatif melalui efikasi diri. Hasil analisis menunjukkan pengaruh
langsung kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja inovatif menunjukkan hasil paling
dominan dibanding hubungan antar variabel yang lain. strategi pertama menghasilkan nilai
hubungan tidak langsung lebih besar daripada strategi kedua.
