PENERAPAN TEKNOLOGI PEMBUATAN SUSU KEFIR DENGAN METODE SARING GRAVITASI BAGI CALON WIRAUSAHA BARU ANGGOTA PORPI RANTING BANYUMANIK, SEMARANG
Abstract
Meningkatkan kesehatan dan penghasilan lansia yang dilakukan pada kelompok anggota PORPI (Persatuan
Olahraga Pernapasan Indonesia Ranting Banyumanik diikuti oleh 96 peserta dalam bentuk pelatihan membuat dan
memasarkan susu kefir. Teknologi saring gravitasi dengan saringan ganda diterapkan pada proses penyaringan
susu kefir terhadap bibit kefir dimaksudkan agar diperoleh pemisahan susu kefir terhadap bibit kefir dengan baik.
Keuntungan membuat 330 ml susu kefir minimal sebear Rp. 1.725,-. Bibit kefir 50 gram dapat digunakan untuk
membuat 1 liter susu kefir dengan bahan baku 1 liter susu sapi murni.
